Telligen and Mountain Pacific are joining forces to provide quality improvement services, education, and training across 14 states. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has lined up national priorities in care delivery, patient safety, and more, and we will bring those priorities to the local level as the Midwest Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO).
The Midwest QIN-QIO team is revving up to connect with clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based organizations across the Midwest.
This sustained national initiative to improve the health of populations over five years will focus on several critical areas including:
- Quality improvement initiatives and healthcare organizational capacity building
- Patient safety enhancement programs
- Emergency preparedness systems
- Healthcare delivery system optimization
- Advanced data analytics and performance measurement
- Adoption of evidence-based practice
