During the 12th Statement of Work (SOW) QIN-QIO work that ran from 2019 to 2024, Telligen led a network of partners working on healthcare quality improvement initiatives that are data-driven and locally tailored to improve healthcare quality and outcomes by implementing and spreading evidence-based and best practices. This network included 3,278 providers: 1,795 NHs, 144 Critical Access Hospitals, 33 rural IPPS hospitals, 10 tribal hospitals, and 3 rural emergency hospitals.
Patient Safety
Telligen's 12th Statement of Work results demonstrated marked improvements in patient safety within community health partnerships, nursing homes, and hospitals. Through targeted interventions and collaborative efforts with healthcare providers, Telligen has contributed to a higher quality of care, leading to better patient outcomes and increased compliance with safety standards.
