The Midwest QIN-QIO advances patient safety by partnering with providers across care settings to reduce preventable harms and improve outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries. We also promote collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers through Patient and Family Advisory Committees (PFACs), empowering them to play an active role in safety improvement. By fostering open communication, sharing successful interventions, and addressing workforce and burnout challenges, the Midwest QIN-QIO builds a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

Whether your organization needs to reduce infection rates, strengthen medication safety, or engage patients and families in preventing harm, the Midwest QIN-QIO can help you implement effective, sustainable patient safety strategies.
